To unwind a coil or a spool and wind into a coil or on a spool

For the reconditioning, at a fixed station, of flexible wires and cables, from a cable drum with a maximum weight of around 30 kg.
To limit the efforts, it is recommended to use an unwinder by the axis.
Great stability (adjustable rubber pads).
Steel frame with epoxy powder coating finish.

SPIRO-V Spooling + coiling version

 

It is identical to the version described below and also allows coils to be made using
a removable coiling device.

2 models of coiling devices to choose from.
The 2 coiling devices have an external diameter of 750 mm.
They are made of zinc-plated steel.
Lightweight and easy-to-handle external flange (made of aluminium).
Quick-release system for the end of the cable.
Openwork coiling device to simplify the tying of the coil.
The width is adjustable to 3 positions: 130/180/230 mm.
The barrel is made up of 4 blades.
It is the adjustment of the barrel diameter that distinguishes the 2 coiling devices.

 

ADJUSTABLE coiling device - SPIRO-V-GR
The diameter of the barrel is adjustable by screwing (2 screws on each of the 4 blades), in 7 positions: 190/240/290/340/390/440/490 mm.

 

QUICKLY ADJUSTABLE coiling device - SPIRO-V-GRR
Each blade is equipped with an indexable finger which allows:
  - tool-free adjustment of the internal diameter to 4 positions: 330/440/560/670 mm
  - very easy extraction (“demolding”) of the coil.
